TPO, EPDM & PVC Membrane
TPO, EPDM & PVC Membrane
TPO, EPDM, and PVC are single-ply membrane systems used on low-slope and flat roofs, common on additions, porches, and commercial buildings across Bradenton. Each sheet is built to resist standing water and UV exposure while flexing with a building's movement, and each is installed and repaired using methods matched to the material.
How We Assess and Install
- Seam Welding — Our hot-air welders for TPO and PVC fuse membrane seams into one continuous, watertight sheet rather than relying on adhesive alone.
- Fastening Pattern — Membrane fastening tools and stand-up screw guns keep plate and fastener spacing consistent across large flat-roof fields.
- Seam Verification — Every welded seam is rolled and then probed by hand before the roof is called finished.
Finding What's Hidden
- Moisture Mapping — Handheld infrared cameras and moisture meters locate wet insulation and hidden leak paths under an existing membrane.
- Aerial Review — Drones with thermal and high-resolution cameras, along with EagleView measurement reports, let us assess large or steep membrane roofs and size materials accurately before work starts.
- Core Sampling — Test cuts show how many layers are already in place and how much wet insulation needs to come out.
Every stage of a membrane job is photographed and time-stamped, so you can see the same documentation we use to track the work.
