Downspout Installation & Extension
Downspout Installation & Extension
Downspouts carry roof water away from your foundation, siding, and landscaping. When a downspout is missing, undersized, or dumping water right at the base of the house, the fix is usually a new run or an extension that carries discharge further out. This work is often paired with gutter installation or repair, since a downspout only performs as well as the gutter feeding it.
How We Form and Fit It
- Downspout Roll-Former — downspout is formed on site to the exact length needed, so drops line up with the gutter run and the house rather than being pieced together from stock lengths.
- Trailer-Mounted Seamless Gutter Machine — when a downspout is going in alongside new gutter, the gutter itself is roll formed in one continuous length with no mid-run seams.
- Gutter Crimpers, Outlet Punches & Rivet Guns — outlets, elbows, and joints are formed and fastened tight so they do not leak at the seams.
- Laser Distance Meters, Levels & Chalk Lines — used to lay out drop points and slope so water actually moves toward the downspout instead of pooling in the gutter.
Keeping It in Place
- Hidden Hanger Tools — downspouts and gutters are secured with concealed hardware, keeping the fascia line clean and the run from pulling loose over time.
